My husband and I have used Jim on two projects. A synthetic wood deck for a large hot tub and about two years later a complete remodel of the kitchen.
After looking at our kitchen, Jim presented several ideas, all of which we went with and are glad we did. Jim recommended vendors to buy cabinets and appliances and met us at the respective stores when we went there. All went well.
Although Jim did not perform the actual work, he came to our house three times a week to monitor the the quality and progress of the work. It appeared to us that he knew our project intimately. It was also apparent that he treated his employees quite well when interacting with them, which is of tremendous importance. Jim’s employees were clean, on-time, polite and responsive to our requests, they were great!
The kitchen remodel was performed in the midst of COVID19, but they pulled it off without any issues.
My husband said that his 7th law is “if you’re living in a house that is being remodeled, you’re about to get divorced.” Jim and his crew proved him wrong!

We love our remodel!! The best contractor ever! We had a full kitchen remodel and partial bathroom upgrade that was done during the pandemic! Once we received our city permits for our plans and approvals the job was amazing fast and efficient! Pandemic protocols were in place and every night the job site was clean. The job was on time and everyone from electrician to cabinets and plumbing were all on time and never once delayed. Thanks Jim — the best contractor ever!!
